“Winsor leads by teaching women to strive and to trust and to develop this lifelong passion for learning that will serve them and help them to grow and…find a successful path that will fill them with a sense of satisfaction about who they are and what they bring to the world.”

Perry and Robin Traquina believe that having an endowment that supports financial aid will have a transformative effect that ripples far beyond the lives of individual students. Perry is the former chairman and CEO of Wellington Management Company LLP. A CFA, he joined Wellington in 1980 as a research analyst following the technology industry and grew to oversee all the firm’s global industry research. He became the firm’s president in 2002 and managing partner and CEO in 2004. He retired from Wellington at year-end 2014. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brandeis University, and studied at the London School of Economics during his junior year there. He went on to receive his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He has been a Winsor Trustee since 2008. Perry currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Brandeis University, is on the board of directors of eBay, Inc., AllState, Inc., and Morgan Stanley, Inc., and serves on the advisory board of G20 Ventures. In 2020, they were named recipients of Brandeis’ first Lighting the Way Award for their extraordinary generosity and impact at Brandeis University. Robin, a graduate of Simmons College, was an active PA member during the time their children were at Winsor. As the mother of a child with Cerebral Palsy, she is an active supporter of programs serving those with special needs. She also volunteers at the Museum of Fine Arts as a Floral Associate. Perry and Robin are parents to three children, Jon, Meredith ’09, and Kate ’13.
